Canibeanz

I met up with a guy last night who used to be heavily involved in streeto drifting many years ago. He and some friends ran a fan page on Facebook and one on Youtube too called Canibeanz. I was lucky enough to meet up with a few of the people who ran it. I hung out with them for a few hours in their garage at the back of a service station in Shoreham.

They told me of how Canibeanz came about; just a bunch of friends messing about and ripping into the mainstream car scene. They then told me how it all went down hill when someone got run over at a car show. Unfortunately the car doing the running over was sporting one of their stickers and so they were immediately blamed for the incident. This wasn't actually true, but with police invading their personal space, they decided to discontinue Canibeanz as it was before. Some of their old videos still remain on YouTube. Below is an inside view of one of the BMW's I went out in that evening with a short interview with the owner. It was an interesting insight as to what these guys consider to be 'super careful'. They don't care as such for their own safety but for the safety of other involved.
