More Detailed Plans

Open Screen -
Needs to show the MR C's logo in large with the East Sussex Trading Standards logo supporting. Large MR CYCLES also needs to feature in green.

Gallery 1 -
Both Rod and Ollee have supplied images for this section. I've been given the all clear to use them for the piece of work and so I can only assume they have the rights to use them for the business. The images I've chosen convey the community spirit and the cycle enthusiast shop staff who run Mr Cycles. I've also put in a few of the more adventurous looking images that Ollee supplied to up the ante a little. Movement will be made through the use of a camera in After Effects. I plan to fly it through the images and focus in on some of the more important ones.

The Internet Won't Fix Your Bike -
A phrase commonly used in cycle shops according to the staff. Unfortunately people are often buying parts online and not supporting the local shops. However and online store won't have a servicing department and so we have decided this deserves its own section in the video. It sets the high street shops apart from the online stores in a big way! I am creating a graphic to support this. I've also got a background image of a bicycle being serviced that I shot some time ago.

Workshop -
I think it's then time to have some workshop information to back up what was on the previous screen. I'm going to be using another bicycle servicing photograph I shot for this one and have a price list to the left. I plan to use a fairly informal sanserif font for this part. I think it'll fit in nicely with the style that already exist in the Mr Cycles logo. In terms of movement I'd like to create a stable door effect with the two images to give the feeling of the viewer walking into the workshop and getting to see the bike being serviced as well as the price list. I then plan on having the image of the bicycle being serviced fade out and an upcoming seasonal offer to be shown in its place. Ollee has said it would be best to have a Winter Offer at the moment to promote people getting their bikes cleaned by us ready for the summer months.

Gallery 2 -
This shows a bit more of the Shoreham shop as requested by Rod and the Mr Cycles team showing off the branded clothing. Again a similar idea to the first one with the camera flying from image to image.

Cycle to Work -
A very important government scheme which helps the shop get in customers who may not have a lump sum of money to buy a bike but fancy getting one. I've come up with the idea of showing title, then the amount of saving that can be made and then all the different schemes the shop supports.

Finance -
I'm going to use the Mr Cycles character on a bike for this one. He's going to cycle into the scene pulling in a banner saying " Ride it away today!" with supporting text above and below showing whats being offered.

Click & Collect -
Simple but effective, using click and collect logo from website. "Order online, Collect in Store" will be displayed beneath with a mouse click movement animating it as if its being clicked.

Social Media -
Finally there will be a section showing the social media platforms they are active on. I am planing on screen recording their Facebook page whilst i am scrolling through it at speed. As the content is flying upwards as I scroll down it'll give me a smooth transition to show the account names and URL for twitter and facebook. It will then fade to white.
