I've written on countless message boards and spoken to numerous photographers I know and no one seems to have a solution.
The only solution is to think of a work around for now. I've read that it could be a bug in Lightroom 5 that causes noise reduction to be applied on images over 20 mb... but none of my images are exporting near 20mb. The average appears to be 10mb - 15mb.
